My battery no longer holds a charge and needs to be replaced. What are my options to get the work done?
I have previously had a support ticket open, in which there were recommendations to update software and various troubleshooting; did not solve issue.

I am about to switch to another brand of PC if I can't figure this out. Support for the device should not be so difficult.

I can forward your ticket to our Repair Team and have them replace the battery. Depending on the warranty status of the device, you may be subject to diagnostic and repair fees. PM me the ticket number so I can get things rolling.
