I have been trying to see how to get this fixed. It has been... frustrating. Apparently being out-of-warranty means I cannot even talk to support to pay to get this fixed, which is quite angering and frustrating from a brand that supposedly cares about its customers.
What third-party options do I have, since Razer is refusing to let me talk to support for paid repairs? Upset & frustrated - I still used this machine up until last week for browsing and writing.
Now I know never to buy Razer again.
