Recently got my Razer Joro keyboard. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience, but there are a couple of issues I want to highlight.
1 > When using the keyboard with the Hyperspeed dongle, the keyboard has input cancellation, meaning that when I keep pressing down a certain key, at some point the input is cancelled. This is quite an annoying issue, especially in FPS games. This issue does NOT happen when I use the keyboard wired or with Bluetooth. So I think this is probably a firmware issue, not a hardware issue. This issue has been reported before: While still holding a key down the input stops with Joro | Razer Insider
2 > I experience problems with setting up multiple devices through Bluetooth. When I have only one device connected, there are no issues. However, when I add in a second device on profile 2, the keyboard will not connect anymore to the profile 1 device that was connected. When I try to switch to profile 1 the keyboard appears to be rapidly connecting and disconnecting from my profile 1 device, until it stops attempting to connect.
I would like to know if there's anything I can do to solve these issues. Thx!
