My kitty BT headset was perfect, no issues, then out of the blue (while the headset was off for a week, not being used), the blue light on the right hand side came on and is continuously on while the headset is powered off. I also now can’t change the colors and the left side doesn’t come on at all (lights only- the audio both sides works)

can’t find any answers online but it seems this is a common issue, many people with the same problem, but no answers.
