Razer Kraken Tournament Edition drivers problem

Hi, i have Razer Kraken Tournament Edition and when i update Razer Synapse, the "Game" audio driver works normally but the "Chat" audio driver dont work so i cant hear my friends or any conversation. it can happen the opposite. This is happening for months and everytime when i update i make a backup, so if the drivers are not working i can recover it. Can you help me? Thanks!

    i tried: 1. Uninstall "Razer Synapse" and "Razer Chroma SDK Core Components" from your computer under Programs and Features. 2. Delete the Razer folders in these file locations: C:\\Program Files(x86)\\ and C:\\Program Data\\. The folder is set to hidden so you might need to change the folder option to view hidden files. 3. Reboot B. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->THX in Windows registry. C. Re-installing Synapse 3 using the link below. http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=2731&nav=0,343,704&_ga=2.137572848.1171175519.1537370562-1856539834.1537370562 it didnt work, now the "chat" sound and the mic is working bue the "game" sound is not working...
