I just bought this Razer Naga Trinity and tried setting up keybinds and noticed that the mouse button 4 and 5 do not work--or they do but its very random when it decides to work. I also tried to keybind it using Discord and when pressing the button it registers as mouse button 3?????? also it only registers it when I click the mouse button repeatedly, if I simply press it once it doesn't detect it at all.
Tried it out again in Final Fantasy XIV Online and first 3 clicks worked, then suddenly it went back to not even recognizing the mouse clicks or lagging for like 5-10 seconds sporadically.

How long have you had the mouse and are getting similar issues when using other side panels? You can try cleaning the contact points on the mouse and on the side panel for starters.
