Razer Nari Ultimate not working

I bought my Razer Nari ultimate 10 days ago, i works perfectly fine until today. It keeps on beeping the sound of disconnecting (the notification sound when we connect or remove a new usb device to computer). What can I do? Or where can I change for a new one?

Hi there! Have you tried changing ports or maybe using another PC? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

Hi,I have already tried changing ports or maybe using another PC but it still not working. Few days ago i can charge about 70% battery. Then my PC keeps on beeping the sound of disconnecting again. I have tried reinstall the synapse. Every function is working except charging.
