Razer Nari ultimate turning off sound drivers when using USB dongle

When I connect the Razer Nari Ultimate via a USB dongle, all sound drivers on my computer are turned off, and all applications in which sound is played are simply closed, this problem appeared after my Windows crashed, and I had to reinstall it, but even several clean reinstallations Windows did not help, and then I accidentally came across this forum, I really need help, since the 3.5 wire is very short and inconvenient to use with a computer, it crashes if you move it carelessly.
