Razer Orochi dead?

The lights are on but nobody's home. Tried attaching it to several different machines but it's only ever picked up as a Generic Windows HID so I can't change the DPI, when attempting to connect via bluetooth, it's never detected. Any ideas? Should I send this to hardware heaven? (Is there even a place to recycle mice?)

    Hi there! When did this issue start? Have you tried reinstalling Synapse?

    Hi there! It started a couple weeks ago, reinstalling Synapse or having Synapse completely uninstalled didn't make a difference.
