Razer Sila How to Open NAT?

I have 2 Razer Sila until in Mesh mode, and have an issue with the mesh unit dropping off which is a topic for another post, but also noticed my NAT type will show as moderate in Xbox live on PC or Xbox. Is there anyway to fix this? I have checked the Web GUI but nothing in there seemed to allow a NAT change, maybe enabling UPnP? Any help would be great thanks!
