Razer Synapse 3.0 (Failed To Start)

My Blackwidow Chroma V2 stopped lighting up the same day that I installed Synapse 3.0 and it hasn't lit up since. I've tried repairing it through Control Panel, reinstalling it completely, and switching back to 2.0. None of which worked. Please help!
