I'm trying to do Chroma for the new Turret Xbox One keyboard but it won't connect.
Yes it's up to date and yes I'm on PC and yes I'm hard-wired in not wireless, anyone know wtc is wrong?

Hi there! Just to clarify, what do you mean that it won't connect? Does the PC recognize the keyboard? Can you share a screenshot of your Synapse dashboard?
