Hi All,



I've just purchased a Blade 15 Laptop, set to arrive in Canada next week. I was wondering if anyone might be able to help provide some clarifications on this USB-C GaN charger that I have also ordered. I have two questions:

1. Will it be safe to charge my laptop in Europe simply with this USB-C GaN charger and the European prong adapter/wall outlet I expect it to be delivered with?



2. Will this combination sufficiently power my Razer 15 while it is outputting display through HDMI to a 4K TV @ 120hz? The laptop will be running financial markets software at this time so it will not be gaming type of applications.



Any help would be much appreciated!

  1. Yes I’m using it in Asia and EU countries and my blade laptops are still fine.
  2. Using lower power ac adapter might throttle some performance not only the gpu but also the cpu, try it and see if you still have the performance you want.
