I have started a return and received an email titled “Your shipping label for Razer return (Order #: xxx.)  The problem is there are no return instructions other than “Drop off at FedEx FREE.”  I would expect at least an address to ship to and an RMA number.  This is an expensive product that I purchased on sale and I would like to ensure it reaches the proper destination and a replacement is sent to me in a timely manner.  Would appreciate an assistance...

Have you tried contacting Razer Support before? If so, PM me the case number so I can pull up your record and review your case history. Otherwise, can you share why you wanted to return the device? All the best!
