RGB Lighting Issue

Hello,

I noticed on the keyboard of my Blade 17 Pro (2019) that some of the RGB lighting is not the same color on certain keys compared to the rest of the keyboard. The issue is mostly with blue and purple lighting, like when it transitions from green to blue, blue to purple and purple to pink. The keys just white out when it transitions from green to blue and then turn pink when the rest of the keyboard is purple. I am not sure if the issue is a software or hardware issue. The keys are Esc, Tab, Caps, Left CTRL, F12, =+, ]}, and '". If anyone knows how to fix this and can let me know, that would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if the same issue happens on default lighting effects? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following this guide. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your laptop. I can use it to verify its model and look for another way to fix this. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a short video clip showing the issue for my visibility.
