From when we purchased our laptop, the lid hinges have been loose. Today they seem to have failed.
A call for support elicited a "lets restart your machine" followed by a desire to troubleshoot the operating system. Clearly language and cultural issues didn't help.
Upon asking for where I could take it for repair, I was offered the "Fremont Center" but they don't take calls.
How can I get this repaired? Servicing a Razer shouldn't be that difficult, let alone purchasing spares...please let me know.
