Synapse 3 does not recognises deathadder essential
 

I tried:

repairing synapse 3

reinstall synapse 3 (uninstall and install again)

rebooting my computer

replugin the mouse

update synapse 3

 

i tried so much and nothing worked. Im desperate. Pls help :c

Please try synapse clean reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I did that three times also ran the cleanup tool uninstalled the HD compliant mouse drivers and X mouse control, I would up reinstalling X mouse because Syanpse V3 DOES NOT recognise my Death Adder Essential however it DOES recognice my ornata keyboard and controls it just fine

I have just installed Synapse 3 and also cannot find my Death Adder, very very very disappointing
