I’m trying to connect my Blackshark v2 Pro to my Xbox with the razer audio setup app but it wont detect the headphones. I have the usb stick plugged in and the blue light is on which should mean it’s connected but the app won’t work for them. Are the Blackshark v2 pros not supported by the app?
Xbox doesn’t support generic USB headsets unless it’s specifically designed to work for Xbox hardware. The only way you can use your Blackshark v2 pro for Xbox is wired via 3.5mm jack connected to your controller.
Ok so i tried a lot and i finally fixed after hours it doesnt work for me wireless u put the 3,5mm into ur controller and headset press xbox button go to bottom right on Sound and music there u should see ur headset being conected go on headset chat mixer and put on 1 lower than max that way my headset works dont ask me how i dont know
My Xbox one controller doesn’t have the headphone jack at the bottom like in that picture
Should've came with a 3.5 to 3.5
I have a Usb C to 3.5 mm jack, however it won’t work with the headphones. Is there any other way?
I have run into the same problem, and I have plugged my headset up using an adapter. My headset did not come with a 3.5 mm wire. Now I’m out of ideas, any other way for me to fix it?
