I got an issue with my Razer.com Account. I have bought and registert my products and there is no hint in the Account where to find an invoice for this payment? I also got an e-mail saying i earnd xy amount of Razer silver, and my accounts lists 0.
So I just want to know why there is no invoice an Payment-informations in Order History | Razer Singapore and if there ist any e-mail account to contact razer directly or is there just this forum? This seems a bit unprofessional to me.
