I recently changed laptop (from an old 2015 MSI to a new Acer Nitro 5) and the new one automatically has Windows 11. The laptop does not detect my Kraken X (jack 3.5 output, not USB) nor does synapse. I can’t use the surround at all and ngl the quality of the sound without it is atrocious. What can I do ? I tried a bunch of things but they’re all useless since the laptop itself does not recognize the headseat as a 7.1 device
edit : I know synapse only works for USB BUT on my old laptop everything worked fine and I could use the surround and the mic correctly. Here I can’t even use both at the same time since it’s undetected.
