I am currently utilizing a Razer Blade 14 2021 model. Due to its negative impact on my battery life, I uninstalled Synapse. However, I have since discovered that the removal of Synapse has resulted in the loss of all power plans offered by Razer. Though I have not noticed any decrease in performance, in theory, the absence of Synapse should not pose an issue as Windows will automatically optimize performance by utilizing the "best performance" option in Settings and "high performance" in Control Panel.
