Synapse 3 is not detecting my mouse.

Recently bought a mouse, a Razer deathadder elite destiny 2. At first I just didn't have synapse on my computer, I just downloaded it quietly and turned on synapse 3. Then I notice that I don't have the mouse displayed in the modules (This mouse is supported on synapse 3, I looked). What to do? I've already searched the whole internet for answers, I'm left to find the answer only here.

Where did you bought it? Did you’ve successfully registered it with Razer ID account?

If you have Valorant installed, then Riot Vanguard can make device unavailable in Synapse software - try uninstall Riot Vanguard then reboot your PC.

Good afternoon, I don't understand about the first questions, if you mean : " Where did I buy the mouse? ", then not from the official raizor store for sure ( there is no delivery from the west to my country now ) 
Riot Vanguard I uninstalled, but still my device is not found. 

I still haven't figured out how to register it in my account. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

I’m asking, because there are a lot of older Razer fake models (like DeathAdder Chroma/Elite, Viper Mini etc).

You can also try to clean-reinstall Synapse software and razer drivers with method below:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

hey, im having same issue but with blackshark v2 pro 2023, ive registered it with razer ID but synapse still cannot find them
