Clarification about World of Warcraft 20th anniversary promotion

Hello, I need clarification regarding the promotion dedicated to the 20th anniversary of World of Warcraft. On the promotion page https://www.razer.com/campaigns/wow-20th-anniversary, there is a list of items with their corresponding in-game rewards.

When adding items like the keyboard and headset to the cart, the promotional items correctly appear as gifts both in the cart and on the checkout page. However, with the RAZER MOUSE DOCK PRO, which is listed on the promotion page, this does not happen. Is this a bug? Can I proceed with the order without concerns? I am interested in purchasing the dock regardless, but I would like to ensure I can also receive the World of Warcraft-related items.

I’ve been back and forth with support for the past few days for confirmation on a few different things. This was their response:

I am sending this email in response to your inquiry for the World of Warcraft 20th Anniversary freebie. I apologize for the inconvenience but as per checking with our team, the mouse dock alone is not eligible for it as it is supposed to be bundled with the Razer Naga V2 Pro.

Have been trying to find out the same info as if i add the Razer Naga V2 Pro to my  cart i see the mounts  but if i add  the mouse dock to the cart as well or choose the bundle option the free gifts don’t show up in the cart

Are you logged in with an education discount account? I had the same issue, and reported it but according to Razer, you can not use the education discount with a bundle (as it adds the items with a promo code and only one promo can be active at a time). The website shows the discounted prices and bundle together, but it removes the promo items when checking out. Very dodgy and I asked them to fix it.

No i am not using a educational discount. I went ahead with my order and my confirmation email shows the gifts on there but i revived a follow up from my earlier ticket stating it is not applied to the bundle, due it being two offers so not sure if I'll receive the codes or not .
