Delay in receiving collectibles for shipping a game

Dear Razer Gold team,

 

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delay in receiving my in-game purchases for Free Fire. I made a purchase on 28/05/2024 , and have not yet received my order.

 

I kindly request that you please process my order as soon as possible and update me on the status of my order.

I'm sorry that you're shipment is delayed but you won't get a real response here. For a response from Razer, you should submit a report ticket to Razer support. If you are on this page, just scroll down and at the bottom of the page you should see a support column and under that there is a button that says get help.

Try submitting another ticket, they might have had a system error and it was not seen by the Razer support team
