I won a product in a giveaway a week ago and put in the order, but it's just staying as 'Received'. If anyone has put in a promotional order before, can you tell me if this is a normal delay?

I've been having the exact same question. It's odd considering it's been about a month now with not even a reply... Wish their support could help but it just feels like a giant middle finger
