I guess you should submit a ticket to the Razer gold support portal or chat with an online agent. Though I had similar case of damage pin, on August 30th. I chatted with a Razer gold support agent, did some necessary upload requested. He said they would process and revert for update within 5-7 working days but today is September 12th, no news yet. I really hope they'd release it
