Blackshark v2 pro 2023 and The New Razer Synapse Beta

Why won’t The New Razer Synapse Beta detect the Blackshark v2 pro 2023 thru Bluetooth?? It only detects the headset while using the dongle? I like having it connected to my computer thru  Bluetooth, but if I connect it that way the new synapse does not recognize it and therefore I can not use all the additional features, it only shows up in the new synapse if I use the dongle.  Is there anyway to program the new synapse to recognize it thru Bluetooth as well? Thanks!

My macros did not work either. However it was my first time trying them and it was for a game. I’m not going to switch back just yet as the shutdown problem only flashes for a split second and then computer shuts off normally, its just a bit annoying. I’m going to try and shut down synapse first then see if I still get the error. That will be annoying in itself but we will see. Thanks for the input. 

If it's ok with you then ok. I'm happy to know that the macro bug isn't an isolated issue. I need the macros a lot, so for me, I can't deal with it.

I have no problem shutting down the Beta. My only problem is that no macro works on my devices. So I sent this bug to the support team and then I turned back to Synapse 3. I'd suggest you to do the same until the next update.

Decided to just plug the dongle in even though i didn't really want to. The newSynapse is working for now, but it is not closing properly. When I close windows it says the “synapse engine” needs to close or something, for a split second, then windows shuts down. Hopefully they will fix this as its a bit annoying. Does not seem to be hurting anything but hate seeing it every time I shut down as it makes me think there is problem.

Hmmm… It is on Current Supported Devices - UPDATED 3/1/24 | Razer Insider.

This shouldn't be happening.

But as we are in beta testing, I suggest you get in touch before talking to support.
Follow these steps: How to gather Razer Synapse logs from a PC

This page will teach you how to download and use an official Razer app that has the function of generating a log file of your problem.
After generating the log file, which should be around 40MB or so, upload this file to the cloud and share it and generate a link to share it when you send it to the support staff.
Because the support page only supports up to 20MB per file.

With this in hand, I believe you will be able to speed up your service.
I did this myself yesterday with my problem of not being able to run Macros.
