Description:
plugged into a USB 3.0 Port connected directly to the PC
When the Synapse Beta, or Synapse 3 program is running, the command dial fails to function. Pressing the dial will initiate the color change of the dial outline, however the system is entirely unresponsive to any manipulation of the dial. Issue will not manifest if the program isn’t running.
Expected Behavior:
Rotating the command dial results in a function according to the currently selected method of operation.
Actual Behavior with Synapse (Beta/3):
The command dial does not react to input, synapse does not acknowledge any response from the dial.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot into OS
2. Allow Razer Synapse Beta to load
3. Wait until the keyboard is recognized by the system
4. Manipulate the command dial
Loaded Peripherals:
BASILISK V3 PRO
KIYO PRO
Notes:
Rebinding or reconfiguring the dial does not resolve the issue.
