just got razer synapse beta but… my old profiles are gone. i need them for work… i dont know where they are on my computer though please help
If you’d reed the know limitations, you would know that Synapse 3 profiles are not officially supported yet. But you can manually import them via files. Export them in Synapse 3, then import them in Synapse 4 (but you have to view all files, because by default it doesn’t show .synapse3 files).

if you do this, you are likely to blocked out of edit the config of the device and cannot reset it and keybinds are set to default. struggeling with this problem and dont find the folder, where local configs are stored to reset it.
