Kraken V3 Pro stuck loading in Synapse Beta

My Razer Kraken V3 Pro appears in the “devices” section in the Razer Synapse Beta. However its stuck in an endless state where its “Loading” and “detecting devices”. I tried using Synapse 3 prior to using the Beta however my device also cannot be detected there. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled everything related to Razer. I do not know what to do and I feel like I’ve wasted $300. Anyone have a solution?

This is a known issue for plethora devices. The only workaround is to install Synapse 3 first and then upgrade to Synapse 4.

@Terepin I’ve done this. Like I stated earlier, on synapse 4, My razer Krakens V3 pros are stuck with a loading wheel. I just bought my headset today and its been the first time using them.

There are also disconnect issues which cause massive battery drain too. It almost makes me have to go back to my wired Kraken headset as I am charging the v3 pro daily now where I could go a few days before charging.  Might need to go back to Synapse 3 until they address bugs in v4.
