Missing config interface after import of old config file on Synapse 4

I need help contacting support via email for a complaint. Razor Gold customer service email address please 🙏 

uninstall synapse 4 reinstall synapse 2 remove the old config file from the device. then unstall synapse 2 reinstall synapse 4

Already tried. As long the config file is on the pc, it will automatically select it.

I imported the old config file to synapse 4 and now i cannot switch it and cannot change any keybinds on the mice.

 

Since the config is stored on my device, i need to delete it somehow. Does anyone know where Synapse 4 stores the config files of devices?
