How about you fix existing devices and macros before you support more. Don't want you having too much of a work load at one time right.

What does it take to get bugs fixed from Razer, I have submitted on reddit, on the synapse app, on this forum, do you have a carrier pigeon I can tie a note to, a mailing address, email, telegram, morse code, what way works best for you lot?

I know it's an open beta. But synapse 3 isn't and that also does not let me use some supported devices. Fix your shit

They broke the razer kraken v3 pro, same exact bug that plagues the 3x synapse version. it worked flawlessly prior to this latest update when it wasnt supported lol.

No audio, have to unplug the dongle for it to reconnect to the headset, happens at boot and randomly throughout the day.

I can not not understand why they dont backup profiles or state this. I lost all my light profiles. I did try to backup,  but the dang app only selected one profile. Know i tried to import some old downloaded ones, but none show any color for each setting so it undoable to re-create them

This is so bad with this headset now and battery drain is ridiculous as well when the disconnects happen.  I have gone back to my wired Razer Kraken Tournament Edition until this is fixed.
