Razer Cobra Pro not lighting up when using advanced effects in chroma. It shows up in synapse and in the chroma color map but only lights up when using quick effects. This issue is the same when connected with 2.4 ghz reciever, did not try blue tooth at this time. When connected with 2.4 wireless connection, lights will occasionally flicker in the correct color but this is random. Thanks!

Hey,
For starters, try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your Razer Cobra Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
