Razer Deathadder V3 Pro stuck on 'loading' - Mouse visible in devices but can't access settings

Razer Synapse Beta 4.0.86.60

 

I’m using two razer devices - Blackwidow v4 75% and Razer Deathadder v3 Pro.

  • Keyboard detected OK
  • Mouse detected but device settings not loading. 

Actions taken:

Rebooted - problem not resolved

Manually restarted both Chroma and Synapse - problem not resolved

Try mouse both wired and wireless - problem not resolved
