Pretty disappointed to be honest, since the device came out of development for synapse 4 it is now buggy exhibiting the exact same issues that it has in synapse 3.
It worked flawlessly prior to the latest device update. Now on boot i can pretty much guarantee it won’t work until i unplug and replug in the dongle to get the device to connect and that mid game session the audio will stop working requiring the same treatment.
Please FIX IT.
This problem also causes severe battery drain on this headset as well. I have had to go back to my previous wired Razer headset while I charge Kraken V3 Pro yet again!!
Please fix the issues with this headset in the new Synapse 4.
Reverted back to Synapse 3 and not seeing the issues with Kraken v3 Pro with disconnecting and battery drain. So staying on this until the issues are fixed in Synapse 4.
Anyone tested the new version or has there been an update? I saw the supported devices post updated so wondered if there was an update to the app.
Has this device been fixed yet in Synapse 4 Beta? I would like to go back to it since it shows the percentage for the headset but when the disconnects happen battery drain is ridiculous.

Tested v4 again but same problems with the Kraken v3 Pro. Removed it and went back to v3 which I will remain on until someone decides to reply in this thread or the forum in general to address bugs!!
