Okay so i downloaded the new Razer synapse beta and when i turn on my PC it detects my headset it shows that is detected and turned off but when i turn my headset on its still shown as turned off i tried reconecting the usb again and it shows it up and starts as normal i tryed leaing the headset ON and then pulling the usb out and put it back again and it works but when i restart my pc its the same it shows that the headset is turned off or it trys to detect it

The same issue on Blackshark V2 Pro. Not detected if you turn on the headset when system boots up. But if you turn headset on before system start, then it’s detected properly.

i never tried turning them on first before turning my pc that is a little helpful THX
