[Synapse] Binds not applying

I have noticed that after creating or updating a profile for my mouse that the binds I have assigned to buttons are not applying. I normally use the 12-button attachment and change each of the buttons to match a number pad layout. I then assign two keyboard keys to the top buttons below the scroll wheel. I have been able to resolve this by restarting my PC (sometimes). Hardware: Naga Trinity

    Are you creating new binds or trying to import them?
    Initially I tried to update a profile on my mouse that was created with Synapse 3. Then I factory reset the mouse and created a new profile with the same issue,

    What's interesting is when I close out of the Synapse Beta, the binds seem to work fine.

    I've bound some macros to RVU and DeathAdder Elite, but working flawlessly. So it may be some issue with Naga mouse only.

    This still seems to be an issue. This is a fresh install of Windows 11 Enterprise with nothing but the Synapse Beta client installed. These binds do not work until I EXIT all applications via Synapse Beta.

    I also faced this issue and I went to keyboard tester to check the mappings. Seems like with Synapse on, the mappings of the side buttons were wrong. E.g. Mapping mouse 1 to numpad 1, and pressing the mouse 1 button actually registers the 'End' key instead; and mapping mouse 2 to numpad 2 registers down arrow key instead.

    What's strange is that if I set bindings and then simply "Exit All Apps" my bindings work as they should.

    Hey @Crazkah, can you submit this through the feedback tool in the New Synapse. Click on your portrait, then select Feedback. Be sure to select "Report Bug" and check the "Send log file" option. The team would like to see the logs since they can't reproduce the issue. Thanks!
