[Synapse] Click on device should open and bring a device config

Hi, I think that the behaviour of opening new device tab in Synapse should be changed. Now, when I don't have any device tab opened in Synapse - when I click for eg. on Viper Ultimate - it opens RVU tab, but it doesn't go there (just open new tab in "background"). The 2nd click on the same device brings the device configuration tab. Expected behavior: even when all tabs in Synapse are closed - the 1st click should open new tab and bring the config tab.
