Synapse doesn't detect DeathAdder Essential and I cannot change DPI

I am so nervous about this. 

Bought it and now I am stuck with this piece of junk.


Without the possibility of changing the DPI, this is garbage.

 

I am so pissed of at razer right now.

      Where did you bought it?

      Can you post a photo of your mouse (top and bottom view, connected to PC)?

      Have you tried performing the troubleshooting steps here? If so, please PM me the Razer Synapse logs and a screenshot of the mouse driver details in Device Manager. To do this, navigate to Device Manager > Properties, select 'Details' from the property dropdown, and then choose 'Hardware IDs'. Also, fill in the following so I can initiate a case on your behalf:

      Country:

      Product Name: Razer DeathAdder Essential
      Product Code/Number:
      Product serial number:
      Proof of purchase:
