Synapse Modules Popup is Covered

Hi, The "Modules" popup seems to be covered by the "Language" card in the Synapse app's "Settings" tab.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Synapse

Make Synapse as horizontally small as possible

Open the "Settings" tab by clicking the "Settings" icon in the upper right

Observe that the "Modules" popup is underneath the "Language" card.

I don't see the same covering behavior in the other tabs.
