Sync Conflict is not resolved.

I keep getting a sync conflict, that is not resolved.  The local setting is no longer being saved to the cloud.

 

This can cause problems should I reinstall, or switch to the cloud back-up.

Same, sync conflict pops up every time i open the new synapse app.. can’t do anything except ask me later, otherwise the pop up appears again.. Reinstalling didnt do anything

This can cause problems should I reinstall, or switch to the cloud back-up.

It’s a bug inside Synapse 4, so reinstall won’t help.

We can only wait for the fix… someday it’ll come.

I cured it, by manually making a copy of the local settings, and then using the cloud version.  Afterwards, I made sure that the restored settings were the same as previous.

 

It might be the best way to solve it, until Razer fixes this “feature”!
