Issues as bellow:
1.Though the firmware is of the latest, the Windows system can’t find it on the audio output menu everytime I power on my headset with the dongle plugged on the dock.Replugging the donggle helps but really annoying.
2.Having heard the new synapse now support Barracuda Pro, I downloaded it last night but found out it’s buggy. It guided me to restart the computer if I want to make the headset function work, but when the step was done it just crashed on detecting Barracuda Pro’s dongle. Now every other Synapse and Chroma parts work well if Barracuda Pro isn’t connected but once you plug in the donggle the New Synapse crashes immediately along with the New Chroma. I tried reinstallation and cleaning the registration form but it doesn’t work .
3.No personal profiles found with the New Chroma everytime I redownload the app and logged in my account so I had to reset all the Chroma effects manually.
