Trying to sync my MSI Katana 15 RGB keyboard and My Razer Basilisk Mouse.

Dear all, 

I’m struggling to sync up the RGB lighting on my  MSI Katana 15 B13VGK-1095UK-BB91390H16GXXDX11MA and my Razer Basilisk Ultimate. 

I’ve updated the MSI mystic lighting etc. I’ve also got the updated Razer synapse and Chroma Beta. I’m having no luck. 

Please Help.

Mine doesn’t work either. 
But I am not using msi laptop. I am using msi motherboard. My RGB fans used to work with Synapse 3 via msi Mystic Light. The New Synapse also fail to connect my other third part RGB device.
I think Razer tries to make all their own products work first. Third party devices are not their priority. We can only be patient for now😗

Good job I'm happy with static lol. Just set them both to same 3 colours :`).

Report the bug to support team then go back to Synapse 3.
