Unable to update BlackShark v2 PRO Synapse

There are a lot of people who have this problem and they all read different solutions, I tried but it didn't change anything. I am very confused please help. (I am writing using translation, sorry if there is a mistake in the article)

Thanks for sharing your concern in this forum. Are you having issues installing the Razer Synapse 3 or the New Synapse? Do you use Windows 10 or Windows 11? To troubleshoot the problem, try restarting your computer. Verify your firewall or antivirus software settings to ensure they are not blocking the application. Make sure your system specifications meet the minimum requirements here. Run the installer as an administrator by right-clicking on the Synapse installer and selecting "Run as administrator" to grant it the necessary permissions for installation.
