Hey Insiders, Welcome to the New Razer Synapse | Razer Chroma App Open Beta Tester Program. We have a long way to go before we’re out of beta so before we get there, we want your feedback to make the New Razer Synapse | Razer Chroma App awesome.
How to get the New Razer Synapse Beta on your Windows PC:
- Download the latest New Razer Synapse Beta app from this link.
- The New Razer Synapse Beta app installer will uninstall your Synapse 3 and install both the New Razer Synapse and/or Razer Chroma App Open Beta.
What's new?
- The New Synapse Beta and Chroma are now in two different apps
- Similar to Synapse 3 functionality with new UI/UX
- Chroma App allows users to quickly set device lighting
- New architecture for faster and snappier performance
- Updated User Interface to modernize the look
Open Beta Feedback
Let us know what you think of the new changes. Specifically:
- What changes do you like most and which you don’t about the New Razer Synapse Beta and Chroma apps
- Stuff that is not working or any bugs (please list out separately)
- Stuff that could be done better (don't forget to suggest how)
- Stuff that looks odd or does not make sense to you
- Crashes (try to explain what happened up to the moment the app crashed)

You can submit feedback on Razer Insider by posting your comment in this forum. We ask that open beta testers check to see if similar reports have been posted. If it has, reply to that thread instead. Let's keep the thread tidy! The Razer team will monitor the thread and action on the feedback where possible.
