"Failed to reload" Message

Hello. I try to reload my "Razer" wallet, but after constantly choosing a payment method and successfully passing 2-step authentication, I get a "Failed to reload" message. After many, many attempts, I can barely do 1 to 2 recharges, then it fails again, no matter if the method is VISA, MASTERCARD, RIXTY PIN, RAZER GOLD PIN, PAYPAL, etc. THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE BANK. Since it doesn't even take me to the next window where the card data is added. I only get the "Reload Error" message. Regardless of the payment method I choose, the error is very serious, I checked with other friends to see if they had the same problem, and they said yes, and I tried a new Razer account. But the problem still exists.
