Razer Ripsaw HD Pink tint

I just got my Razer Ripsaw HD capture card set up so I can try to steam some ps4/switch/and other console games. I am running into and issue where my streamlabs obs video output for the stream is tinted pink and I haven't been able to find a solution for the issue. So I was wondering if this has been a common issue for other users and if anybody has been able to resolve this problem? Thank you to anybody that does reply

I am also having this issue. extremely annoying. cannot figure out a solution, I have tried most everything.

I put in a support ticket since mine looks to be still under warranty. I tried some other HDMIs and messed with some settings. I got some help with streamlabs obs support team and they told me it might be a faulty capture card
