Yeah they didn't actually change much from the 2 cards. The 20 series just added a couple features like rtx, but honestly is mostly the same card. Also silicon lottery is a very real thing. Some cards just perform better due to how it was built, and that's just the way it is. But a 1080 ti can easily hit 40 MH/s and up. If you were mining Bitcoin / etherium that'd be about $4 a day.

Lucky you, it's hard to get good GPU with a lot of VRAM these days.

Valid point of why cryptocurrency can be more meaningful and valuable compared to zsilvers The cool thing about zsilver, is that you can use it to get RAZER peripherals legitimately. For example, when you go grocery shopping you get discounts on fuel or other consumer products. So, zsilver is like a discount voucher, or you are collecting and redeeming zsilvers to earn a coupon code for a RAZER product.

oh ok thanks for the info! wasn't aware that it was able to be used for anything but the razer silver catalogue. that's actually really interesting and a huge step forward. a perfect way to link and sync my daily life with my gaming life. I recently upgraded my pre built HP rig to a completely customized PC. FINALLY made the switch from console and absolutely fell in love with the potential and wide range of options. always loved razer and their headsets for console, but HD 7.1 surround sound absolutely blew me away. But yeah, so I finally got myself a 3060 after paying an absurd amount for it, and that was what led me down the mining path, determined to make some money back. so my initial thought was just attempting to maximize my profit, and also put my old 1650 to work mining. On good days if I'm not gaming much, I can make 6 - 8 USD a day in BTC, with my hashrate for both GPU's around 56 MH/s Definitely thinking about getting into zsilver mining once I get some BTC to flex & trade with first. I've made $55 USD in the past couple weeks mining while not gaming. For now, with the driver update leak 470.50 we're able to negate the effects of the ampere architecture and unlock more or less full hashrate. My hashrate doubled when I uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers from a saved file I kept separate from the ddu wipe. But I'm not sure if it'll work for gamma to be fair.
