Razer Gold reload failed

Hello, So I'm trying to use razer gold to buy some genesis crystals in genshin impact. But for some reason, after I made a purchase, it won't let me do it again. Each payment method works once and then it won't let it through again. I already submitted a ticket and they told me it was fixed, but again it just worked for one purchase and never again. So whats the deal here? Is support unable to fix this or what? There is no point in using all of this if it just shuts down after you reload once and got to bother support again asking what the issue is. I hope somebody can help me out here. Thanks
