Has anyone ever accidently scratched off the pin when trying to reveal the numbers? I bought a $200 Razer Gold gift card at Kroger and accidently scratched it too hard and I cannot read the 14 digit code to redeem.
If you have had this happen to you, my next question is, has anyone had any luck with support to get a new pin sent to them via email? I have been reading a lot of horror stories about people being told their cards were already redeemed, and no luck with support, etc.
